Something boring
Think of something that you do every week that you find boring.
It could be washing dishes, sorting laundry, peeling potatoes, or explaining to your neighbor why you don't want garbage in the stairwell.
Write about a person who does this task, but who finds this task fun, maybe even exciting.
Variation
If you are lucky enough that nothing is boring in your opinion, or if you don't have to do boring tasks, don't be sad. You will be given a variation on this exercise. Write about a person who does something that you find fun, but who finds this activity incredibly boring.
The form is up to you
The text can be in any form you like. Prose, poetry, postcard, meeting protocol, checklist, chat, newspaper article or anything else.If you don't want to pick the form yourself, I suggest that you write a really short story.
