Mindfulness
Sometimes I have a hard time relaxing and letting go of unnecessary thoughts. Therefore, I have tried mindfulness.
Within mindfulness there is something called visualization.
Visualization is (in my opinion) imagining a place that makes you feel good, and the sights, sounds, smells, tastes and tactile impressions that are there.
Now for the writing exercise. Come up with your own visualization, that is, describe a place that makes you feel good.
The place can be real or made up, or a mixture. Describe it in as much detail as possible.
I want to emphasize that I am not a therapist, and this exercise is not professional therapy but a writing exercise.
