Brighten up a memory
Now we will have some amateur therapy.
Think about a memory that makes you sad. This is a writing exercise and not real therapy, so pick a memory that is only a little sad.
For example, when you where child and didn't get the candy you craved. Or in the car yesterday when another driver din't behave.
Write about this memory. Start with the actual events. Then change the story so that it ends happily.
