Describe an object that you have around you. For example a plate, a water bottle or a shoe.
Use as much details as possible.
If you can't see something worth describing about the object, describe obvious features. Imagine the reader being an alien that have never seen an object like that before.

Don't just describe what you see. How does the object smell? How does it sound when you touch it with your finger nail?

Add som spice by imagine yourself having strong feelings for the object. Focus on the beauty of the object, then change perspective and see the ugly of the object.
