One of seven

Pope Gregory I designated these as the seven deadly sins: Envy, gluttony, greed, lust, pride, sloth and wrath.

Write a text where the theme is one of these sins, for example wrath.

Restrictions

If you think the task is too extensive, here are some optional restrictions:

The text should begin with the words Take me to the Atlantic.

The text should contain at least one example of personification.

Make up an animal sound and incorporate it into the text.

Variations

The opposite of the seven deadly sins are the seven virtues: Kindness, temperance, charity, chastity, humility, diligence and patience.

Write a text that has one of these virtues as a theme, for example diligence.

The form is up to you

The text can be in any form you like. Prose, poetry, postcard, meeting protocol, checklist, chat, newspaper article or anything else.

If you don't want to pick the form yourself, I suggest that you write a really short story.
